Job Summary

As a Global Client Executive – Automotive, you will lead the strategic engagement with one of our most significant global clients—Ford Motor Company. Based in Detroit, Michigan, this role is pivotal in protecting our current install base while aggressively expanding our footprint across new business units and geographies within the account.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through long-term strategic planning and short-term tactical execution. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a strong hunter mindset, deep customer empathy, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion account expansion by identifying and developing new buying centers within Ford.
  • Own and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
  • Build and execute comprehensive enterprise account plans, aligning internal and external resources to deliver value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, advocating for their success and aligning solutions to their evolving needs.
  • Cultivate strong partner relationships to enhance co-sell motions, improve collaboration, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Development Manager to enable partner sales and technical teams in alignment with compliance and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prioritize quality over quantity in partner engagement to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Deliver compelling messaging around our strategy, vision, and value proposition to both client and partner stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed to maintain high-touch engagement with key decision-makers and influencers.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a proven track record of account growth and quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, business development, and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of cloud and storage infrastructure; familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with and through channel partners in a distributed sales environment.
  • Self-starter with high integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $340,000 - 440,000 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
