Requirements & Education
- At least 15 years of related field sales experience , with minimum of 4 years dealing with Micron.
- Proven experience in a strategic sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on the retail industry vertical.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data storage and/or cloud services, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing global strategies, driving design wins, and expanding business within large enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent additional stated experience
The target salary range for this position is 340,000 - 440,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
