Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Global Client Executive to join our team, focusing on building and expanding our strategic relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy, driving design wins, and fostering strong relationships with your customer.

Job Requirements
1. Global Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with our organization's objectives. This includes identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, and establishing clear business objectives.
2. Design Wins: Drive design wins by engaging with key stakeholders. Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and marketing to position our solutions effectively and secure design wins.
3. Hunter Mentality: Possess a proactive and tenacious "hunter" mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Actively seek out potential clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.
5. Expansion and Growth: Focus on expanding our footprint by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive growth and market penetration.
6. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives, decision-makers, and technical teams. Influence and drive positive outcomes.
Requirements & Education
- At least 12 years of related field sales experience , with minimum of 4 years dealing with Micron.
- Proven experience in a strategic sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on the retail industry vertical.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data storage and/or cloud services, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing global strategies, driving design wins, and expanding business within large enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent additional stated experience
The target salary range for this position is 310,250 - 401,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
