Job Summary

High-energy Sales Professional role focused on driving career growth through Data Management and Cloud technology initiatives.

Opportunity to evangelize NetApp’s technology strengths and help enterprise customers build a future-proof data platform.

Strategic position within NetApp’s Enterprise segment, shaping account strategies and delivering innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand NetApp’s presence across key enterprise accounts in the North Region.
  • Create long-term and short-term account plans, set financial targets, and define critical milestones.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, engaging resources such as Pre-Sales Consultants, Executives, and Partners.
  • Drive value-based selling, business case development, and leverage analyst data for strategic engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, ISVs, SI partners, and domain specialists to design competitive solutions.
  • Balance short-term results with a long-term vision to maximize revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in high-end products or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications for NetApp products and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Demonstrable CXO-level relationships and experience handling large, complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work with channel partners and distributors and leverage internal and external teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across organizational levels.
  • Ability to gauge market trends and develop effective business plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; graduate degree preferred.
