Job Summary

NetApp has a challenging and exciting opportunity for you to join the Global Services Solution Center (GSSC). In this role, you will be enabling the team to drive several operational excellence initiatives aimed at improving the maturity of the organization and creating value. We look for somebody who is proactive and detail oriented, who exercises independent judgment and can determine appropriate action.

As a Project Manager on the Global Services Solution Center (GSSC) team, you will define, plan, track and manage strategic projects. You will work closely with Senior Leadership, workstream managers and project managers to drive business operations initiatives and generate regular reports on status for initiatives in-flight.

This role requires an experienced PM that is particularly adept at data analysis and passionate about innovation. This individual will be trusted with managing Business Operation reporting for associated business workstreams must be able to assess new initiatives and drive opportunities through completion.

Essential Function

Ability to manage all aspects of projects including planning, estimating, execution and implementation
Be outcome driven to identify, utilize, and manage key resources required to meet project objectives
Coordinate with all stakeholders for a flawless execution of projects by ensuring scope feasibility, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, resource metrics and status updates
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Publish the business operations report at defined frequency and oversee weekly/bi-weekly/monthly updates/meetings with leadership team
Be data driven with the ability to visualize data into business context for leadership

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Expertise working on strategic initiatives or transformation projects will be highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Projects (and/or Smartsheet)
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau/PowerBI
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification along with applied skills.
Proven working experience in project management, data analytics and business operations is preferred.

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience with a bachelor/master degree
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks
