Job Summary
The Keystone Operations and Asset Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the management of our assets and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in asset management and business operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1) Asset Management:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and value of the company's assets.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Conduct regular asset audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track asset depreciation, valuation, and financial reporting.
- Utilize Keystone software to manage asset data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain a schedule of location of assets to the address and serial number level.
- Manage support contract entitlement, procurement, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement the process to re-use NetApp owned materials in the delivery of STaaS.
- Analyze the customers’ existing environment from asset age and supportability perspective to plan for when the environment needs to refresh assets to optimize service delivery.
2) Business Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Work with the Keystone Success Manager and Keystone Finance and BU management to ensure that refreshes are done in a manner that is cost effective and meets customers’ schedules and technical demands.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in asset management and business operations, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in using business software for asset management and with business operations tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Role requires GSOC certification, so applicants must be US Citizens working on US soil
Education
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 149,600 - 223,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
