Job Summary

As a company committed to developing our future workforce, we created a program that will enable you to fast track your career through classroom and on-the-job training and clear benchmarks.

At the start of the program, we will fly you to the US to take part in our robust 90-day training program based in Raleigh Durham NC, USA at our facilities designed for entry-level talent. During this training, Academy Participants gain the foundational knowledge needed to have a basic understanding of the Storage Industry, NetApp, and products and solutions. Additionally, they effectively develop transferable soft skills that will allow them to excel within the organization and in their long-term careers.

You will experience an exciting 3 months with Graduate peers from all over the world. Afterwards you will return to your country to start the on-the-job portion of your training.

Our sales development team is a group of highly motivated sales professionals whose focus is to source and engage with high-potential prospects. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will qualify active buying interest and be a critical part of the bridge between marketing and sales to ensure new customer acquisition is consistent, high quality, and frictionless.

Essential Functions

 

  1. Work alongside marketing and sales to source and engage with high-profile prospects and companies.
  2. Develop and execute outreach strategies via multiple sales and marketing enablement tools.
  3. Evangelize and educate potential customers by clearly articulating Spot value proposition.
  4. Act as a consultative partner for potential customers; fielding questions and handling objections.
  5. Collaborate with Account Executives and Partners Development Managers to drive the pipeline in your assigned territory from the top of the funnel to hand-off.
  6. Diligently record and manage prospect and company information in Salesforce.com and Outreach.
  7. Become a Cloud Optimization expert, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
  8. Be a Spot ambassador at industry events and conferences.

Your Profile

  • Technical understanding of Cloud technology
  • Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) another European language would be highly appreciated
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about sales.
  • Customer facing experience
  • Result-driven
  • Ability to work efficiently with remote teams
