 Join our team as a collaborative and forward-thinking Partner Account & Distribution Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner-oriented organization.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with our Channel Partners to provide data-driven solutions to our customers in Spain and Portugal, ensuring their unique needs are met with excellence.
Together, we will make a positive impact in the Iberia region and create a more beautiful environment for our customers to live in.

 

Essential Functions

  •    Cultivate strong partnerships with our Channel Partners, driving adoption of NetApp's solutions and fueling business growth.
•    Collaborate with partners to deliver data-driven solutions that meet the needs of customers in Spain and Portugal.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, solution architects, and leadership, to align strategies and maximize business outcomes.
•    Develop and execute Joint Business Plans in collaboration with our partners, fostering a shared vision and driving mutual success.
•    Drive collaboration with the commercial sales team to identify and support new opportunities, expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
•    Translate NetApp's solutions into partner strategies and business goals, enabling our partners to effectively leverage our offerings.
•    Proactively identify new personas and opportunities within partner organizations, ensuring continuous growth and expansion of our partner network

Job Requirements

•    A minimum of 5 years of proven successful partner engagement experience, ideally with cloud solutions, demonstrating a track record of driving business growth.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with Channel Partners
•    Have a good understanding of the industry ecosystem
•    Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate partner strategies into actionable plans.
•    Proven ability to build a network outside the organization to support business needs and foster connections within the industry.
