We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Campaigns Manager to oversee and execute integrated marketing programs that achieve desired company goals. 
 
Job Summary:

 
Working closely with the sales, product marketing, content, and marketing operations teams, you will work to develop campaign processes and strategies to reach company goals and objectives. You will own the execution of key marketing campaigns, along with reporting on campaign performance metrics. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will work with both the enterprise and partner organizations in a fast-paced and rapidly growing market. 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing campaign development; an understanding of current marketing tech systems such as Marketo and SalesForce; experience and familiarity with account-based marketing; and a demonstrated history of rapidly learning and understanding the target audience in B2B SaaS, sales lifecycle.
 
The right candidate is skilled at creating, building, executing and measuring integrated marketing programs; has experience working with outside vendors; can manage multiple deliverables and schedules; and has a passion for creating, testing and optimizing marketing programs to drive company growth.   
 
 
Job Duties:

 
●    Help develop B2B integrated marketing programs and campaigns that target different segments and verticals to achieve company objectives
●    Manage the execution of all campaign components into the market leveraging martech tools such as Marketo and Salesforce 
●    Liase with different business organizations to establish campaign needs and goals including sales, partners, alliances, product marketing and more
●    Ensure marketing components are delivered on time and within a specified budget
●    Report on marketing program performance KPIs, and make recommendations to optimize results
●    Collaborate with content marketing team on campaign needs
●    Display strong project management and communication skills - be able to manage multiple time-sensitive campaigns and projects simultaneously

Qualifications:
 
●    4-6 years successful experience in B2B marketing. Enterprise technology / SaaS experience is preferred. 
●    Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
●    Proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
●    Proficient in Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platform
●    Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships
●    Driven, highly motivated and competitive
●    Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities & report on campaign ROI
●    Ability to communicate effectively, including develop engaging content for marketing campaigns

If the Company determines this role will be performed in Colorado, the starting salary for this position is . This role could be eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), Company bonus, and Employee stock purchase plan *.
