Job Summary

ANZ Area Sales Operations Leader is responsible for managing the individual contributors of the Area Sales Ops Team. He or she will be a Business Partner to the Area VP. This role will report to the APAC Geo Sales Ops Leader.
Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the technology sector within Sales Operations, revenue operations or similar functions. Must have experience in at least two of these areas: Operating model development, Process improvement and design, Business analytics and insights, Business cadence/ Candence management.

What You'll be Doing..

• Driving Sales Ops Best Practices to scale and align across WW, GEO and Area teams
• Grow our team - Invest in our GTM Area Sales Ops team while scaling with Cloud through a simple talent strategy that focuses on the right people, in the right roles, at the right time
• Foster connections & trust, remove friction, and clarify R&R with a clear GTM S&O comms strategy
• Provides development and career growth opportunities as per team needs & enables, recognizes and rewards great work
• Set new team members up for success and provide continuous opportunities to expand knowledge and build community
• Streamline experience - Build and maintain a seamless, end-to-end journey from onboarding to adoption for sales
• Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for Area. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the planning efforts. Coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within area as needed.
• Own & Support Area Fiscal Year Transition activities: Wallet, Segmentation, Account Assignment, Coverage Planning workshops, Goaling discussion, GARD, Restatement, Goal Sheets
• Performance Management -  Conduct QBR, MBR, Sales performance analysis, Win Loss Report
• Partner with cross-functional teams within area to support deals
• Deliver analysis on risk & opportunity
• Improve sales productivity - Increase time spent engaging with customers: Onboard and enable the field efficiently on solutions and plays that drive successful customer interactions and decrease field time from first day to first dollar
• Support field teams in creating a great customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs
• Willingness to work across time zones

Education & Experiences :

• A minimum degree level of education in a related or financial discipline
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability on key components of role.
• Strong command of English + Local native language (if applicable)
