Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Territory Sales Representative to lead commercial development across Central and Southern Italy . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently identifies new business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the assigned territory, focusing on Central and Southern Italy.
  • Develop and execute a strategic
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the region.
  • Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular customer \partner visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams  to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory analyses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager
  • Strong knowledge of the Central and Southern Italian market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Hunting mentality
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel extensively within the territory.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Valid driver’s license.
