NetApp Italia is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven ability to work and develop Top Enterprise Accounts in order to exceed his/her assigned quota, prospect and close accounts, build new relationships with potential customers. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to develop relationships with the channel ecosystem that drive revenue, as well as, relationships with customers from end users to the line of business to the CxO.

Job Requirements

Takes ownership of full sales cycle to drive revenue within assigned Italy Top Enterprise Accounts

Create and execute account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to accurately forecast and close business

Identifies appropriate NetApp and alliances solution and services to meet customer needs

Manage complex sales-cycles, and present to decision makers the value of NetApp full suite of solutions

Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs

Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers

Constantly drive linearity of revenue throughout the year to consistently attain quarterly targets

Field-proven experience working closely with channel ecosystem in order to successfully position, market and sell the NetApp Data Fabric in your assigned accounts.

A competitive attitude with a strong desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.

Knowledge of the Storage, Virtualization and Hyperconverged industries, for current and next-generation business applications, with cloud storage understanding.

An understanding of the overall Next Generation Data Centre requirements: from AI to Cloud to DevOps to Business Continuity.


Minimum of 8 years of selling experience.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Must be willing and able to work in an open and fun office.
