Job Summary
The Associate Experience Manager provides hands-on support for platform experience work across the Revenue Enablement strategic programs portfolio. This role helps improve the seller and partner experience by supporting page readiness, navigation, content organization, stakeholder coordination, adoption activities, and experience quality across key enablement platforms, including The Sales Hub, Mindtickle, and future platform transitions.
This role is designed as an early-career development opportunity with structured support and training from the Platform Experience Leader. The Associate Experience Manager will build experience in digital enablement, content experience, platform operations, stakeholder engagement, and change management while helping the team scale execution capacity during a period of significant transformation.
Responsibilities
- Support platform experience activities that make it easier for sellers, partners, and stakeholders to find the right resources, understand what to do next, and engage with enablement platforms confidently.
- Assist with page readiness, page review, navigation updates, content placement, and experience quality checks across The Sales Hub and related platform experiences.
- Partner with the Platform Experience Leader to support content organization, taxonomy alignment, journey design, and usability improvements.
- Help coordinate stakeholder inputs, feedback, and follow-ups to keep platform experience work moving across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Support adoption and activation activities by helping prepare guidance, communications, enablement materials, and stakeholder resources.
- Track open experience issues, risks, decisions, and action items to ensure follow-through and visibility for program leadership.
- Assist with reviewing feedback from sellers, partners, content stakeholders, and support channels to identify common pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Document repeatable processes, operating guidance, and lessons learned to help scale the platform experience operating model over time.
- Collaborate with content experience administrators, system administrators, support services, reporting resources, and program leadership to help maintain a connected and consistent experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by bringing forward observations, recommended fixes, and practical ideas that improve usability, clarity, and adoption.

- Interest in digital enablement, sales enablement, content experience, platform operations, user experience, communications, or change management.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, content platforms, learning platforms, or digital workplace tools preferred.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 70,550 - 104,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
