Job Summary

The Intern Analyst will support the Sales Business Systems team by assisting with analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting activities. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales systems, business processes, and portfolio management while developing foundational analytical and technical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories.
•    Support analysis of sales and sales operations processes to identify improvement opportunities.
•    Help prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and presentation materials.
•    Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
•    Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard updates using existing tools.
•    Support coordination with IT and business stakeholders during projects and enhancements.
•    Learn and follow agile delivery practices and contribute to sprint-related activities.
•    Provide general project and administrative support to the business systems team.

 

Portfolio Management Exposure
The intern will gain exposure to portfolio management activities by helping track initiatives, enhancements, and system changes across the sales systems portfolio. This includes maintaining intake logs, assisting with prioritization analysis, and supporting reporting on portfolio status, dependencies, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•    Basic understanding of business processes, systems, or data analysis concepts.
•    Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
•    Interest in sales systems, technology, and business analytics.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

Education

Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
