Job Summary

Are you passionate about developing and maintaining innovative partner programs? As the Built-On NetApp Partner Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating strategies that attract and accelerate business with our partners through a Sell-On sales motion. Your expertise will help align our partner programs with Service Provider (SP), System Integrators (SI), and Embedded Solution Vendor (ESV) routes to market, leading to growth and expanding our reach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic development: Create and execute strategies to integrate the Sell-On sales motion into the Partner Sphere Program.
  • Program management: Develop and manage program components to achieve revenue growth and market reach goals.
  • Market analysis: Evaluate market trends, partner feedback, and competitor activity to inform and adapt strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with field sales and partner go-to-market teams to define requirements to attract and retain built-on solution partners.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with internal NetApp stakeholders across product development, operations, services, and revenue enablement.
  • Project planning: Develop structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables for program updates aligned to the program release framework.
  • Incentives alignment: Identify and recommend rebates and development funds to motivate and reward partners.
  • Capacity mapping: Map the existing partner base against potential market size to discover capacity.

Job Requirements

  • Global program development: Build a globally adaptable program, balancing customization with consistent and repeatable frameworks that generate business scale.
  • Strategic and tactical execution: Plan, pitch, and execute comprehensive business and partner program strategies with the ability to transition from strategic planning to tactical execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Relationship building: Foster influential relationships to achieve corporate and worldwide partner organization objectives.
  • Effective communications: Interface successfully across all levels, from contributor to executive.
  • Presentation skills: Effectively deliver tailored presentations to internal and external audiences.

Education

  • 12+ years of experience in partner program development and/or managing SI, SP, or ESV growth strategies.
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record with partner programs and managing SI, ESV, OEM, or SP portfolios.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and guide outcomes aligned with overall goals.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 180,200 - 268,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
