Job Summary
NetApp U.S. Public Sector is looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager to drive the next generation of our cybersecurity and information security compliance program. This role will lead the collaboration among all stakeholders (e.g., security, engineering, IT, risk management) to manage and transform NetApp’s existing compliance program requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171) and prepare and position NetApp for emerging requirements.
Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or similar area preferred, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Two (2) or more years of program management experience and cybersecurity experience
Required Certifications:
· PMP, CISSP, or similar certification is required, will need to obtain if not currently held.
- Other relevant IT or security certifications are a plus (e.g., CISA, Security+).
Role Responsibilities/Experience Requirements
Possess a subject matter expert-level knowledge of NIST 800-171, FAR and DFARS regulations particularly related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) from both a policy and technical implementation standpoint
· Manage USPS Compliance Program requirements including documentation requirements, continuous review of applicable compliance controls and follow-up with internal stakeholders as necessary
· Drive internal assessment initiatives of compliance with applicable cybersecurity standards/frameworks including planning and coordination of deliverables and stakeholder requirements
· Lead all government mandated cyber incident reporting as outlined in policy
· Review and provide input on contract terms negotiations related to cybersecurity and information security compliance
· Be able to self-direct and work independently as necessary
· Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
· Be an effective, clear communicator with the ability to engage all levels of staff and management, including presenting briefings to senior management
· Work with organizational teams and operational stakeholders to assess risks, compliance requirements and provide relevant guidance regarding USPS program requirements for stakeholders to make effective decisions
· Familiarity with endpoint detection and response, firewalls, network intrusion detection, packet capture, data loss prevention, vulnerability scanning, proxy appliances, and event collection tools
· Manage and deliver applicable cybersecurity awareness training content and program initiatives
· Work with internal, industry and third-party security partners to stay current on industry trends, controls and security technologies, services and best practices
· Provide routine reporting on goals and objectives to management

· Security clearance, or the ability to qualify for a security clearance
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 79,050 - 117,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
