Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Hyperscaler Alliances Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial member of our alliances team, responsible for managing and optimizing the benefits provided to NetApp through the Microsoft Partner One program, thereby driving significant outcomes for our business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Microsoft Partner One Program Benefits: Manage and maximize the benefits provided to NetApp as one of Microsoft's strategic ISV partners.
Marketing Benefits and Incentives: Be well-versed in the various marketing benefits, rewards, and incentives allocated to NetApp, and understand how these benefits are earned.
Process Development: Establish and refine processes and best practices for requesting and utilizing program benefits effectively.
Training and Advocacy: Train NetApp alliance Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Azure sales specialists on the available benefits, advocating for their impact on sales outcomes.
Reporting: Monitor and report on the utilization of benefits and their impact on sales performance.
Documentation: Publish ISV benefits and incentive structures, including detailed documentation on the internal Alliance SharePoint site.

Job Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams to achieve common goals.
Process Development: Proven ability to develop and implement processes and best practices.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on and interpret data.
Technical Skills: Experience with SharePoint or similar documentation platforms. Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies. 

Education

Typically requires 0-3 years of relevant or industry experience. 

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 64,600 - 96,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
