Job Summary
The Position: We are seeking a result oriented Inside Sales Representative Manager for our Mid-market segment to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives who sell the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts with the focus in acquiring new customers, retaining and growing the existing installed base of our customers

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of centrally located inside sales representatives (ISRs) who are assigned to a set of accounts across a specific Mid-Market territory.
Coaches and develops early in career ISRs who work directly over the phone with customers and partners to understand customer’s business requirements and articulate NetApp’s value to the customer.
Able to hold a team of ISRs accountable to day-to-day sales activities, metrics, key performance indicators, forecast reviews, and pipeline generation to achieve individual quota requirements.
Helps to develop on boarding enablement for new hires, understanding effective interviewing, and ability to hire highly effective salespeople
Manages forecast reviews with each team member and the ability to roll up to executive leadership with reliability, consistency, and accuracy
Develops relationships with top partners and customers within the mid-market segment in support of territory growth and large opportunity management
Experience with CRM data pulling and dashboards to review KPIs and activity tracking daily
Works cross functionally with marketing and partner functions to ensure end-to-end planning
Develops plans with field marketing functions to determine opportunities for events and campaigns to drive pipeline generation.
Conduct regular territory reviews
Job Requirements
Ability interview, hire, ramp, coach, and develop inside sales representatives
Familiar with teaching how to prospect, and manage opportunities from beginning to end
At least 5-10 Years of Experience in Inside Sales
Strong technical and sales skill set of the Storage market
Possess good verbal and written communications
Responsible for forecasting and accountability to a variety of metrics and sales activities
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 161,500 - 209,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
