Job Summary
The partner sales programs and enablement team is seeking an enablement specialist. The ideal candidate will possess proficient project management skills, be highly organized and task-oriented, and be able to use tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and popular AI chatbot tools. They should also be able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This individual will focus on key projects designed to drive knowledge management, productivity, and efficiency to achieve organizational priorities.
Job Requirements
Sales Enablement Content Development: Create battlecards, maintain a central repository for customer case studies, and handle objections documents.
Process Optimization: Consolidate all sales enablement material centrally, standardize the onboarding process for new NetApp Cloud team members, and develop dashboards to track key GTM metrics and sales enablement effectiveness.
Internal Communication: Establish a newsletter template to keep stakeholders informed at least once a quarter on multi-cloud updates.
SharePoint Site: Streamline the Partner SharePoint page, create a workflow document with key owners, and organize content with adequate searchability features.
Proficient project/program management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership of broad tracks of work.
Attention to detail, setting high standards of performance for self in monitoring all facets of a task and project.
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize own calendar and time, and meet project deadlines and deliverables independently.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Lists. User knowledge of popular AI chatbot tools. Canva and Power BI experience a plus.
Creative thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Finance and/or Business Data Analytics background a plus.
Education
This is an entry-level position typically requiring 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 87,660 - 107,140. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
