Title:  Product Manager

Job Summary

Join NetApp’s Keystone team to help deliver our leading Storage-as-a-Service (STaaS) platform for hybrid and cloud environments. As a Product Manager, you'll help define product strategies, improve customer experiences, and support initiatives across the Keystone Subscription Engine. Work with cross-functional teams to execute priorities and deliver excellent subscription-based storage services.

What You Will Do

Understanding Customers

• Conduct user research and analyze workflows to understand customer needs.
• Gather customer feedback and market data to guide product decisions.

Designing Solutions

• Collaborate with design and field teams to develop simple, customer-focused solutions.
• Validate ideas with customers and internal teams.

Product Development

• Support the product strategy and roadmap for subscription-based services.
• Help prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Assist in creating customer experiences for onboarding and service management.
• Use data to suggest usability improvements.

Job Requirements

Collaboration

• Work with engineering, UX, and support teams to deliver quality releases.
• Partner with marketing to support launches and customer adoption.
• Use customer insights to inform priorities.

Execution & Communication

• Coordinate initiatives and manage trade-offs within defined product areas.
• Define KPIs and use data to measure success.
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Typically requires at least 2 years of experience in product management, software, cloud services, or subscription platforms.
