Job Summary

As a Renewals Quote Specialist within NetApp’s Sales function, you will play a critical role in enabling the Renewal Sales team to deliver timely, accurate, and competitive quoting solutions that drive customer retention and growth. In this role, you will bring a strong sense of ownership and urgency to every quote, partnering cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. You will translate sales and technical requirements into clear, compliant quotes—while continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and impact.

What You'll Do

- Own the end-to-end quote creation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Deliver high-quality, competitive quotes aligned to customer needs and business objectives
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact quote timelines or quality
- Partner closely with Renewal Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to support deal execution
- Collaborate with quoting associates and leadership to ensure alignment and consistency
- Clearly communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Contribute to a team environment focused on shared success and continuous support
- Identify opportunities to streamline quoting processes and improve operational efficiency
- Leverage tools and data to enhance quote accuracy and turnaround time
- Bring forward ideas to simplify workflows and improve the customer and sales experience

Qualifications

 

- Preferred experience in quote, inside sales, or similar customer-facing operational roles
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in sales or customer success environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 56,950 - 84,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
