Job Summary

The Business Transformation Office (BTO) team is a results-driven and innovative group within Go-to-Market Revenue Operations. By working closely with other leaders and colleagues, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that support and enhance NetApp’s global business processes and capabilities while striving for sales excellence. Your consultative approach and expertise in functional processes will help drive significant changes that align with business needs. You will contribute to shaping NetApp’s business strategies by analyzing comprehensive business processes, offering design recommendations to improve performance, and supporting program execution to achieve our future goals. Additionally, you will facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join our Business Transformation team. In this position, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models that enable advanced planning, budgeting, and forecasting across NetApp. You will work with both business and IT stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, effective, and user-friendly Anaplan solutions that deliver results.

Responsibilities

Drive the design, build, and deploy scalable Anaplan models to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs across NetApp.
Partner with business, IT, and change management teams to understand requirements, translate objectives into effective solutions, and ensure business readiness for new processes and systems.
Integrate data from multiple sources, working closely with IT and leveraging best practices to deliver accurate and efficient models.
Continuously optimize and enhance Anaplan models to improve user experience and drive sales excellence, using metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Document business processes, model designs, and system changes to support knowledge transfer and maintain clear operational guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to end-users, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring effective adoption of Anaplan solutions.
Proactively recommend and implement improvements to processes, models, and systems to support NetApp’s commercial objectives and operational excellence.

Requirements

At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5+ years of hands-on Anaplan Model Builder experience, including at least one complex, ground-up build.
Professional Certified Solution Architect (formerly Solution Architect) Anaplan certification preferred.
Deep expertise in Territory & Quota Planning and strong knowledge of Anaplan best practices.
Proven experience across end-to-end business cycles, especially in Go-to-Market processes and opportunity management.
Experience with agile software delivery, and strong familiarity with systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM solutions.
Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders; excellent communication skills.
Experience with data integration technologies, large datasets, and a solid understanding of FP&A, accounting, or supply chain planning.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 154,700 - 231,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
