About the Role
As a Software engineering developer on the Hybrid Cloud Manageability team, you will work as part of a 
truly innovative, fun and growing team responsible for developing, testing and debugging our couldnative applications. The team will own the full development cycle from design to operations for the 
critical infrastructure. The control plan that the team develops will be extended to SaaS, Private-cloud 
and to Hybrid cloud deployments. 
If you are passionate on deployments at scale and take head-on challenges with communicating 
between a public/private cloud to solve problems creatively in a microservices based environments, you 
may be just the person we’re looking for.

Job Requirements

• What will you do:
  • Part of high performing team in the K8S cloud native space
  • Ability to plan and execute complex systems and demands on strategic initiatives
  • Experience on cloud technologies (similar to K8S, security fundamentals, Log /Monitoring / 
  Metrics & deployments at scale). Scripting experience towards automation of code you will be 
  working on.
  • Understand Service requirements, review designs, use of build-test infrastructure
  • Able and willing to understand the problem definition, work with the team to narrow down the 
  • Learn from each other and be a part of the team in building simple solutions to challenging 
  problems.
  • Work on aligning the team goals with the company’s strategic goals
  About You
  You are:
  • Passionate about working on a performing team with diverse skillsets.
  • Able to communicate complex problems in simple terms. 
  • Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Strong data structure and algorithms skills 
  • Understand containerized apps and exposure to SaaS deployments.
  • Experience Developing Microservices in Golang or other compiled C styled languages.
  • Experience with K8S Distributions such as Open Shift or Rancher. 
  • Experience with Cloud Providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Scripting experience with Python, Terraform/bash towards automation is a plus
  • Awareness in security fundamentals such as Authentication, Authorization (RBAC, ABAC), use of 
  encryption, CertMgmt would be a plus
  • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Qtest, CI/CD is a plus
  • Team player and willing to lead by example
