Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager Commercial Sector to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building partnerships, and coaching your team to success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English are required.
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends is desirable.
  • Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience and 3 years of people management experience with direct reports required.
  • Proven experience in Public Sector / Public Experience environments.
  • Strong understanding of the NetApp partner ecosystem and key distributors, including established relationships and hands-on collaboration experience.
