Job Summary

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
- Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
- Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English are required.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
- Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends is desirable.
- Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience and 3 years of people management experience with direct reports required.
- Proven experience in Public Sector / Public Experience environments.
- Strong understanding of the NetApp partner ecosystem and key distributors, including established relationships and hands-on collaboration experience.
