Job Summary

Project (Client Services) Mgr: Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements. May work at client site from time to time. This position has extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. Projects are typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology. Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.

Responsibility and Interaction: -

 

Responsibility: - The tasks this individual is responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions.

- This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.

 

- Interaction: - This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects.

- There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.

- Limited management direction is provided to employee on new projects or assignments as well as review of activities and priorities.

- The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.

- To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential.

-  Strong project management skills,are required

- A strong technical background is ideal.

- Strong spreadsheet capability and other project management applications as required for reporting, tracking charts, checklists and project scheduling.

Education

Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years related/ equivalent

A minimum of 8 years of related experience at a Global High Tech Enterprise company.
