Role Overview:

 

We’re looking for a Commercial Solutions Executive to lead strategic, customer-facing deal engagements focused on NetApp’s Enterprise Agreement portfolio (EA Full Portfolio, EA Express, EA Flex). In this role, you drive value-based conversations with senior stakeholders, shape commercial strategy, and structure complex, multi-year agreements that align customer business outcomes with NetApp solutions.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Partner with account teams to identify and drive enterprise agreement (EAs) opportunities, shaping deals from first engagement through close
  • Lead executive-level conversations (CIO, CFO, Procurement) focused on business value, ROI, and outcomes
  • Own commercial strategy, pricing, and deal structuring
  • Position the right EA construct (Full Portfolio, Express, Flex) based on customer needs
  • Drive complex negotiations and proactively shape their outcomes by anticipating competitive, financial, and contractual pressures
  • Act as the commercial quarterback, aligning internal and external stakeholders toward a cohesive deal outcome

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 287,300 - 371,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
