Job Summary

Field Marketing Manager, Americas Globals Financial Services

Looking to join an amazing team? We have a Field Marketing Manager for the Americas Global Financial Service business at NetApp open. Residing in the Americas Globals Marketing team, this role serves a critical function in helping the company, achieve its growth goals around this key area of our business. This person collaborates closely with their Sales counterparts and other Field Marketing Managers to develop and execute targeted marketing programs to drive new pipeline and growth in targeted accounts for the division.  This role is responsible for planning, executing and measuring a range of multi-touch programs for financial services accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a marketing strategy for NetApp’s top Financial Service accounts
  • Generate pipeline by executing various programs, including, paid media and digital tactics
  • Lead Account Based Marketing (ABM) plan development with sales counterparts. You will work with to determine best integrated marketing offerings to deliver to ABM plans.
  • Deliver campaigns across each stage of the buyers’ journey, and work with the BU’s to ensure compliance with targeted offerings and messaging
  • Develop a closed loop marketing process that includes drip and nurture email campaigns
  • Invitation and email creation, content development, define email targets, and send emails from Eloqua by working with marketing automation.  Create OFT and HTML invitations.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns including field marketing events, digital marketing, email marketing, and telemarketing programs.
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong background and understanding of Financial Services market
  • Prior marketing experience, including ABM, working directly with high performing sales teams
  • Experience working within a global team environment
  • Strong execution skills and ownership of projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong, organizational, analytical skills, project management and extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM Experience (Eloqua)
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Travel required as needed

Education
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
