Job Summary

Spot is looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team!
Spot by NetApp® delivers application-driven infrastructures (ADIs), cloud infrastructures that useanalytics and machine learning to continuously adapt to the needs of applications, to help drive cloudresource optimization in real time, for both compute and storage. As a Marketing Operations Manager at Spot, you will support our growth by working to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, data management and reporting. As part of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and optimization of the marketing automation systems that support our demand generation and nurture programs, working closely with business owners from Marketing & Sales to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to overall company goals.  
•    Be the expert in the systems supporting Spot’s marketing programs, especially our automation platform and processes, helping to ensure that best practices for data management, workflow automation and reporting are consistently implemented and adapted
•    Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in data and lead management and workflow automation
•    Work together with the sales operations and business analytics teams to ensure the alignment of marketing & sales on key processes and programs for managing and measuring marketing and sales efforts and programs
•    Support reporting and analytics on marketing and sales activities, including creating and maintaining reports in marketing systems as well as supporting our business analytics team’s efforts in order to assess and understand lead pipeline, conversion and revenue impact
•    Develop insights and make recommendations on demand generation initiatives and programs
•    Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database

Job Requirements

•    3-5 years of experience as Marketing Operations at global B2B companies - MUST 
•    Hands-on experience with Hubspot and Marketo as well as on integration with related technologies – MUST   
•    Deep understanding of demand generation, revenue attribution, and customer lifecycle - MUST 
•    Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing measurement and reporting - MUST 
•    Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution and related KPIs -- MUST 
•    Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing and sales technologies (analytics tools, ABM tools, sales outreach tools, etc.) - Highly desired  
•    Hands-on experience with Salesforce – Highly desired 
•    Strong project management and communication skills 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English  
•    A go-getter with can-do mentality  
•    Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmen


Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
