The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our Corporate team in NSW. You’ll play a critical role in helping NetApp grow its footprint across key mid-market accounts by executing land, expand, and protect strategies. This is a customer-facing role focused on building and expanding trusted relationships with new and existing customers, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with our partner ecosystem to deliver data-driven outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Land: Drive net-new customer acquisition across the mid-market segment in NSW.
- Expand: Grow and develop existing accounts by identifying whitespace opportunities and aligning NetApp’s portfolio to business needs.
- Protect: Strengthen NetApp’s presence and maintain share-of-wallet by building account advocacy and mitigating competitive risk.
- Partner closely with our channel ecosystem (resellers, GSIs, cloud providers) to co-sell and expand reach.
- Engage customers with a consultative, solution-led approach aligned to outcomes in cloud, AI, security, and data protection.
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Marketing to deliver tailored, value-focused proposals and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technology sales experience, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, data, or security.
- Proven success in net-new business development and growing existing accounts.
- Understanding of mid-market buying cycles and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen and territory planning skills.
- Passion for customer success and a team-first mindset.
- Experience working with or through partners in a co-sell model is highly valued
