Azure Cloud Presales Solution Architect – S3 Academy

The Azure Cloud Presales team is seeking a Jnr Presales Cloud Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess proficient Cloud Architecture and Business Operations knowledge, be articulate, organized and task-oriented, plus be able to use tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Copilot AI tools to streamline architecture design creation, optimism business process & procedure, innovate new ways of working in the era of Agentic AI. They should also be able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This individual will focus on helping the pre-sales team win key customer projects and drive Cloud Business growth in the Azure team.

Job Duties:

· Support the pre-sales team win Key customer opportunities

· Contribute to Pre-Sales Enablement Content & Development: collaborate with the Advisory Groups to help create battlecards, maintain a regional repository for customer case studies, and handle objections documents.

· Internal Communication: Understand, manage, optimize, update the monthly tech update to keep stakeholders informed on Azure -cloud updates.

· AZURE Cloud SharePoint/Teams Site: Streamline the Azure Cloud SharePoint & MS Teams pages, create a workflow document with key owners, and organize content with adequate searchability features. Look to optimize through Copilot AI

· Leverage Microsoft Copilot & MSFT Agentic AI Tools: to streamline and automate any of the repeated processes and procedures involved in pre-sales operations.

Job Requirements

Experience:

· Should have proficient knowledge of Hyperscaler Cloud Technologies and deliver models, ideally Azure Cloud.

· Should have proficiency in AI technologies, ideally Copilot and Agentic AI

· Proficient ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

· Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

· Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership of broad tracks of work.

· Attention to detail, setting high standards of performance for self in monitoring all facets of a task and project.

· Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize own calendar and time, and meet project deadlines and deliverables independently.

· Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Lists. User knowledge of popular AI chatbot tools Copilot and Power BI experience a plus.

· Creative thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

· Finance and/or Business Data Analytics background a plus.

Education

• Currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters Degree.
