Job Summary
This strategic, growth-focused Senior Sales Director for Enterprise segment will report to the Area Vice President, ANZ and will lead the ongoing development and execution of NetApp’s Enterprise business. This highly visible, collaborative role will set the vision and execution to drive a high growth business, focused on the area’s Enterprise market.
As a results-driven and people-centered leader, you will champion customer, partner, marketing, and revenue-focused strategies while ensuring smooth and predictable sales realization across NetApp’s Enterprise business. Your leadership will foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and every team member can contribute meaningfully to success.
Job Requirements
- Senior sales leadership experience in Australia with a consistent track record of success.
- Experience managing significant revenue responsibility and executing strategies to grow revenues.
- Proven ability to lead and grow a technology infrastructure business in ANZ.
- Established network of executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure storage technologies and evolving IT landscapes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building high performance teams, and commitment to fostering an authentic culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in ANZ.
- Grow revenue by maximizing the potential of existing relationships while concurrently seeking to gain additional business/accounts.
- Identify long-term market needs and develop distinctive strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.
- Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development, supporting commercial sales teams.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, propagating an inclusive team culture, attracting diverse talent whilst creating a progessive and productive work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and strategic partners to maximize revenue and customer success.
- Lead talent development initiatives to align with future business objectives and build a diverse talent pipeline.
