What do we do ?

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives to support achievement of NetApp’s business goals and objectives.  Driving the sales of NetApp products and services through a network of business partners, the ISR Manager is required to coach and manage their team to achieve all KPI’s and targets.

What is a day as an Inside Sales Manager like?
  • Ensure our ISR’s are developed, engaged and motivated in their roles
  • Lead the team to achieve activity and revenue targets whilst delivering a great experience for our customers and partners
  • Using NetApp’s chosen sales methodology, educate and coach the team to land and expand accounts via channel partners
  • Adopt a hands-on and energetic approach to help the team improve their sales skills (call coaching and feedback, plus Social Selling)
  • Track individual performance across all relevant leading and lagging indicators
  • Manage individual and team performance to deliver a high level of accountability and results
  • Deliver accurate weekly forecast reports.  Develop and implement gap plans where required
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to successfully execute your plan

  • 4+ years of demonstrable success in building and leading high performing Inside Sales teams

  • Proven knowledge of sales operations & sales incentives
