Job Summary
As a Client Executive overseeing client service provider accounts such as Atos, Kyndrill, Altice, you will be tasked with driving revenue growth by managing sales opportunities and fostering relationships with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
As a customer-facing seller, you will have ownership of all elements of revenue growth within your client service provider domain. This includes discovering and developing new opportunities, managing the pipeline, and overseeing customer growth. This role is quota-driven and will involve representing NetApp in client service provider accounts while collaborating with partners, Account Technology Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to exceed overall sales objectives.
Essential Functions

Develop a strategic service provider plan and account plan for key service providers, to align the full account team on service provider growth strategy.

Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities in collaboration with key partners within the service provider domain to achieve service provider-specific revenue goals.

Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity, and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence within the service provider context.

Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable customer acquisition and growth within the service provider network.

Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects, and partners operating within the service provider landscape.

Achieve service provider revenue goals by developing and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities within a specific service provider domain from prospect to close.
Job Requirements
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
- Self starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of partner landscape in a specific territory Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts
- Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills
- Located within assigned territory and able to travel regularly to visit local customers and partners
