Job Summary

Responsible for driving the Area adoption of processes, systems and strategic initiatives, including GTM changes, sales plays and sales programs. Field Productivity, Opportunity and Pipeline progression.

Essential Function

As a Senior member of the team, you understand the sales cycle, sales compensation, funnel and install base management.
•    Drive adoption and execution of desired sales process and initiatives (GTM changes, sales plays and sales programs) for operational excellence 
o    Drive Deal motion and Opportunity Acceleration
o    Adoption of Global Biz Sales Process
o    Effective Sales Change Management
o    Account Plans
•    Support our field teams in creating a great customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle
o    Drive best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs – Localization if required
o    Improve productivity - Increase time spent engaging with customers    
•    Accelerate revenue - Support the business in increasing how often and how fast we win:
o    Build/Drive initiatives and provide insights in line with Business Objectives that deliver revenue/market share/margin or other key metrics e.g. Drive globally consistent process
•    Drive pipeline Hygiene and ensure adequate pipeline health 
•    Support Area in following efforts: CRM, CPQ efforts, Sales order adjustment, MNC Splits, SCRB submissions, Account updates
•    Drive RED deals sales engagement with Biz Desk

Interaction

  • Work effectively with Sales and Technical leaders, collaborate with x Area and Geo Sales Ops teams.
  • Limited management direction is provided to employee on new projects or assignments as well as review of activities and priorities.
  • A limited amount of travel for face-to-face meetings may be required.

Job Requirements

​​​​Strong oral and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years working in the technology sector, within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar functions, ideally with experience in two or more of the following:
•    Planning cycles
•    Operating model development
•    Process improvement and design
•    Business analytics and insights
•    Chief of staff / business operations/cadence management

Education

  • A minimum degree level of education in a related or financial discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. 7+ years of experience is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex tasks
  • Local native language + Business English required, an extra European language can be a benefit
