Job Summary
The Partner Program Manager (PPM) designs, refines, and oversees Partner and Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs for the Greater China, ASEAN and South Korea (GCASK) Region. This position coordinates with cross-functional teams for implementation and execution, and throughout the program's lifecycle, the PPM monitors performance and drives enhancements.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program, ensuring effective implementation
- Keep informed on industry trends and competitive partner programs to serve as a subject matter expert.
- Gather and integrate partner feedback and communicate to Geo to refine the program.
- Coordinate with various teams to provide the necessary support infrastructure, including tools, systems, policies, processes, and resources.
- Craft and communicate compelling value propositions, maintaining consistent messaging across program materials for all stakeholders.
- Align with cross functions to define launch criteria, support planning, and provide regular program updates.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization.
- Support the development and facilitation of partner and strategic investment programs at area level.
- Monitor implementation of activities as per Business Plan and programs with Distis
Job Requirements
- At least 4 Years of experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing partner programs internationally or regionally.
- Skilled in persuading and aligning stakeholders.
- Competent in clear communication with diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Prior experience transforming strategic concepts into actionable plans.
- Capable of leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams globally.
