Title: Principal Integrated Marketing Manager
US
Overview
You'll own the product marketing strategy for integrated marketing plans, working across product marketing, corporate marketing, sales enablement, partner engagement, and other key stakeholders at NetApp.
In close partnership with product marketing managers, you'll own the product prioritization marketing calendar — launches, events, and more — at the platform level. You'll also drive strategic conversations across integrated marketing plans, including how we prioritize budget for marketing content and creative production based on business priorities.
You'll align cross-channel strategy for integrated plans and sequence it against the integrated calendar, so campaigns build on each other instead of competing for the same audience.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with direct ownership of demand generation and/or integrated campaign strategy at scale, in retail, consumer, or B2B environments.
- A proven track record of building operating models, governance frameworks, or launch processes from scratch in ambiguous, matrixed organizations.
- Experience owning a marketing budget, including forecasting and ROI or pipeline influence reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn a new industry and buyer landscape quickly, translating marketing operating model expertise across business contexts.
- A track record of leading through influence and cross functional relationships, not just direct authority, across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Brand.
- Experience operating effectively in a lean team structure, building leverage through process and partnership rather than headcount.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystem marketing (hyperscaler, systems integrator, ISV) is a plus, not a requirement, given NetApp's channel mix.
Education
- Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, engineering, business)
- Additional experience will be considered in place of degree.
- Less required experience with advanced degree (Masters, MBA, Ph.D)
