Job Summary

The Program Manager, Partner Sales Ops will act as trusted business partners to the Area Partner Regional Director and Partner Mangers to help execute operational rhythm of business, strategize, and help execute around sales plays and programs that drive growth and efficiencies within the sales organization in their respective areas. They will also support in refining, and overseeing Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) Program for the GCASK Region.

 

The role requires both a strategic mindset and the ability to roll up your sleeves. The successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems and partnering across teams and organizations to drive change. You will be an expert in translating the field's needs and driving changes within.

Job Responsibility

  • Be Business Partners to the Regional Director, Partner Managers and functional leadership team and be responsible for driving operational excellence and cross functional alignment.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program, ensuring effective design and implementation
  • Ensure adoption of standard dashboards and reports within Area and proactively provide insights to regional/district leadership on gaps and opportunities with the support of regions/district Business Performance
  • Proactively identify gaps in pipeline and support sales leadership in identifying opportunities for pipeline progression and speed up the close cycle.
  • Devise actionable insights based on pipeline data, reporting and conversion trends to help improve overall pipeline health.
  • Keep informed on industry trends and competitive partner programs to serve as a subject matter expert
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization

Education

  • 6+ years of experience within Sales operations, and/or similar functions driving Partner-focused programs, ideally with experience in two or more of the following:
    • Process improvement and design on Partner Programs
    • Business analytics and insights
    • Pipeline Management
    • Sales Cadence and Forecasting
  • Industry Experience: Experience working within a high-growth technology company. 
  • Business Model Knowledge: Experience with consumption-based business models and having understanding of the Partner landscape is a strong plus
  • Segment Leadership: Experience in leading and supporting both high-velocity transaction teams (e.g., SMBs) and larger, complex transactions in Enterprise segments.
  • Scalability: Proven ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, creating a scalable vision and organizational structure.
