Job Summary:

As a Cloud Insights Sales Representative, Acquire Enterprise - East, you will be responsible for delivering net new account wins across our Enterprise Segment within a defined territory. You will champion the innovative power of our products to make our customers more productive. This is a client-facing, acquisition sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise in working deals at the C level. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly developed team with great leadership and technical resources. We are looking for a hunter with a successful and proven track record to take their career, the territory, and our clients to the next level. 

What You'll Do:

  • Demonstrate your ability to orchestrate the sales process from beginning to end 
  • Hunt and close new logo opportunities within a given half 
  • Lead with NetApp’s Cloud Solutions to win new logos and sell NetApp’s broad portfolio of hybrid cloud solutions 
  • Research and understand the market pressures our customers face and map NetApp’s products to help solve complex business problems 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and use business acumen and technical expertise to influence customer decisions
  • Manage prospect and partner pipeline lists  
  • Work collaboratively with Partners and Hyperscalers to close new business 
  • Partner closely with the Account-Based Marketing team on their assigned accounts to understand new buyers and create and accelerate new opportunities 
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle 

What We're Looking For:

  • You are someone who enjoys acquiring new logos, you’re not afraid to prospect, cold call, run complex campaigns, and win business 
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high tech, b2b selling environment 
  • Previous and recent experience selling cloud and/or storage SaaS solutions  
  • Experience selling with partners/VAR’s/systems integrators 
  • You're extremely comfortable developing, delivering, and managing sales pipelines and forecasting processes 
  • A track record of overachievement in sales targets 
  • Ability to leverage and apply Sales Methodology (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) 
  • You possess the aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who likes to get stuff done and has fun while doing it 

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
