Job Summary

NetApp Services Finance is seeking a Financial Analyst with two to three years experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role. The candidate should have experience in financial and operational analysis, budgeting and forecasting to aid in the tactical and strategic direction of the company. The candidate will be responsible for monthly/quarterly planning and reporting, business partnering and adhoc financial modeling requests.  The candidate will lead variance analysis for business reviews and identify risk or opportunity against annual operating plan. Candidate should have strong analytical skills and expert knowledge of Excel and using Excel to model and dive into financial data.

  • Effective and proactive communicator
  • Ability to communicate to senior management
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, simultaneous assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of planning tool, Hyperion and SmartView a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Education

BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias

2 - 3 years of relevant work experience; project management experience a plus
