NetApp has several different intern opportunities across various locations for you to explore and learn no matter your background or interests - we have a home for you! We will be hiring for the various roles listed below at the 2019 AMIE Conference. Software Engineering Intern– We will be hiring various profiles within our software engineering teams. You will have the ability to follow engineering principles and practices, but also able to develop new methods and approaches to solving unique and difficult problems. Areas of experience could include but are not limited to; lower-level systems, embedded systems, multithreading, web development, object-oriented languages, containers, computer architecture in Linux and Unix.

 

Quality Assurance Engineering Intern– As a QA Engineering intern you will be an essential partner in driving the testing of our software. You will be responsible for debugging software products using systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for our products. Areas of experience could include but are not limited to developing test plans, automating scripts and programs for testing.

 

Information Technology Intern- Within NetApp IT, you will work closely with teams that support and enhance NetApp’s world-wide business processes and systems.  You will utilize your technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Areas of experience could include but are not limited to networking, cyber security, web development, IT Architect and Programmer/Analyst.

Education Requirements

 

We are seeking candidates that are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Techology or an equivalent degree and have at least 1 semester remaining after Spring 2020.
