Job Summary

The lead management analyst function is a critical role within the regional demand center responsible for continuous investigation, analysis and improvement of demand engine performance. Engaging with sales and marketing teams this role will focus on the evolution of the regional lead management process contributing to a best in class customer experience and increasing effectiveness of our demand engine.

  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis to sales and marketing teams
  • Build and deliver tactical reports and analysis to sales and marketing leadership
  • Govern lead management process service level agreements between sales and marketing and take action in event of out of compliance operations
  • Engage with Sales Development Representatives in day to day lead processing activities
  • Drive lead disposition feedback loop between lead management and marketing demand creation teams
  • Act as the voice of the Sales Development Representatives across other internal business functions
  • Analyze existing lead management processes to recommend and implement improvements
  • Extend and tailor global processes to regional execution
  • Engage with global campaign teams sharing lead quality insights
  • Create end deliver on the job training for lead processing best practices to sales and partner teams
  • Advocate and amplify marketing priorities and activities within sales organization
  • Identify trends in lead velocity, conversion rates and volumes to inform and enable sales and marketing leadership to take action
  • Collaborate with channel sales organization ensuring effective and efficient qualified lead sharing with partner sales community

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
