About the Role

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work as part of an innovative team supporting www.netapp.com to help build market relevancy, create buyer centric focus, and deliver meaningful experiences using world class modern Marketing.  We are the execution engine that enable stakeholders to present experiences that create qualified leads and funnel for NetApp’s sales pipeline through campaigns, promotions, products and solution data points and corporate news.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Content Management Systems and extensive knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (.NET, Java, PHP)

Job Requirements

You have:

  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written)
  • Working and displayed knowledge of Full Stack development (front-end and back-end)
  • Expertise working within an Enterprise level Content Management System architecture, developing and ability to optimize, QA, and deploy code
  • Expertise working in code repositories such as Git, VSTS
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Ability to provide consultation for project Design and Planning phases; lead Execution of server- and client-side deliverables
  • Technical knowledge to advise the Scrum Master, leads and stakeholders regarding development activities based on project requirements; be able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Accountability to create, prioritize and complete stories within Sprint commitments for project success
  • Ability and willingness to work both collaboratively and independently within a diverse team environment
  • Innovation within your development and are open to change.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to grow skills and adapt to the shifting needs of the business

 

You might also have:

  • Familiarity with Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA) or comparable product for issue tracking and documentation (Zendesk, Monday, Rally)
  • Understanding of data analysis to make website improvements and optimizations
  • Understanding of documenting issues and providing timely resolution(s)
  • Knowledge of personalization, metadata, taxonomy, content tagging

Education

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience is required
  • Bachelor of Arts, Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Web Development, or other relevant technical discipline
