As a NetApp Account Technical Specialist (ATS), you will utilize your technical expertise and our cutting-edge data storage portfolio to address customers' technical needs and deliver successful business results. As an ATS, you will be assigned to a district team and sales leader, focusing on expanding our presence within existing and new clients together with business partners
Job Responsibilities
For high-priority sales opportunities, your tasks will involve:
• Designing tailored storage technology solutions to address unique customer challenges.
• Utilizing exceptional communication skills to convey the advantages of NetApp storage solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
• Designing an architecting on-premise or hybrid storage systems. (knowledge of NAS, SAN object storage required)
• Excellent written communication skills and demonstrable experience in responding to RFPs with partners or sales. (in Arabic and English)
• Experience with Backup solutions eco system.
• Developing storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications. (also in the context of Cloud Services)
• Deep insight in storage and data management vendor eco system.
• Affinity for automation and devops.
• Ability to assist in creating ROI/TCO overview and competitive advantages of solution offerings.
• Collaborating with client executives and partner sales to create strategies for developing customer opportunities related to storage solutions.
• Advising on the engagement and utilization of a broader range of technical resources.
• Offering technical expertise on NetApp's storage products and solutions.
• Applying knowledge of NetApp's processes and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
• 8/10 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Experience showcasing a substantial level of expertise in technical specifications to sell NetApp storage products and services.
• Proven leadership abilities among peers and leading by example.
• Experience working in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineering role, focused on storage technologies
