We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Operations Program Management Intern to drive executive support for multiple Product Group leaders and their teams. This role is perfect for someone interested in project management and technology and eager to make a tangible impact.

 

About the Team:

The BizOps team is responsible for strategic planning (annual fiscal year budget management and planning), organizational planning and design, monthly and quarterly executive reporting and cross functional alignment across the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and improving business operations processes across the Product Group such as:
  • Resource tracking, data analysis and reporting
  • Budget forecasting and management
  • Educational programs: Help prepare for Engineering Hackathon event, New Hire onboarding program
  • Improve process documentation

Nice to Have:

  • Proficient in Excel (Understanding of excel formulas, create basic charts and visualizations, create pivot tables)
  • Great for Business (management, management information systems) or software engineering majors.

Education

Must be enrolled in an academic program through the summer of 2026.
