We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel & Alliances Marketing Manager to join our GTM team. This role combines strategic partnership management and solutions marketing skills, with a focus on building and executing joint partner marketing programs that generate meaningful sales pipeline. You'll be instrumental in accelerating our growth through channel partner and hyperscaler alliance management, championing our observability and related data services solutions. The role involves collaborating with our global DII Partner Team, sales, regional technology partners, campaigns, and field marketing. Reporting to the Global Marketing Campaign Lead, you will develop and execute integrated marketing programs to communicate the value of DII to partners and customers.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key channel partners, hyperscaler partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
· Create strategic joint marketing plans with a prioritized set of regional technology alliance partners.
· Create compelling partner-focused content communicating the benefits of our solution to prospective customers. Support co-branding efforts for joint content, blogs, landing pages, customer case studies, etc.
· Drive awareness, demand, and thought leadership for joint partner solutions through integrated marketing programs. These initiatives can include sponsorships, events, webinars, digital campaigns, etc.
· Manage partner MDF budgets, ensure timely submissions and selection of highly impactful programs with measurable pipeline contribution.
· Manage relationships with vendors and contract negotiations.
· Monitor, measure, and report on partner marketing performance and impact.
Job Requirements
· 8+ years of experience in channel partner and/or alliance marketing, ideally in the enterprise storage or data infrastructure space.
· Proven success in building and executing high ROI demand generation programs.
· Ability to transform strategic goals into a comprehensive project plan for cross-functional execution.
· Ability to position joint channel/alliance solutions, understand customer needs, and tie messaging to value across multiple touch points.
· Experience partnering with hyperscalers and managing co-marketing/MDF budgets.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable with GTM automation tools, such as Salesforce, Demandbase, and Asana.
· Willingness to travel (approx. 2 times per quarter).
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 105,400 - 157,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
