Job Summary
The Partner Technical Lead will play a critical role in managing and expanding our technical partnerships. This role involves working closely with partners to integrate and optimize our cloud portfolio, ensuring mutual growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships. This position will specifically focus on supporting our complete cloud portfolio, enabling partner architects and CTOs, amplifying supported cloud workloads, and integrating our solutions with partner migration services.
The ideal candidate resides in the Western time zone.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Management:
o Work collaboratively with cloud partners and NetApp Cloud Sales leadership to develop a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities for AWS FSxN and NetApp 3P in the AWS Cloud Marketplace
o Drive strategic initiatives to ensure the alignment of partner solutions with NetApp’s cloud offerings, resulting in increased sales and cloud consumption.
o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key technical AWS partners.
o Act as the primary technical point of contact for cloud partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
2. Technical Integration:
o Collaborate with partners to integrate our cloud products and services with their technologies and services.
o Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
o Integrate our solutions with partner migration services to facilitate seamless transitions to cloud environments.
3. Project Management:
o Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product management, sales) to align resources and priorities.
4. Strategic Planning:
o Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand our partner ecosystem.
o Work with partners to co-create solutions that drive mutual business growth.
o Amplify supported cloud workloads by leveraging partnerships to extend our cloud capabilities.
5. Training and Enablement:
o Develop and deliver training programs to ensure partners are knowledgeable about our products and services.
o Enable partner architects and CTOs by providing the necessary technical documentation, collaboration and resources.
6. Cloud Portfolio Support:
o Provide complete support for our AWS cloud portfolio, ensuring partners can effectively utilize our cloud solutions.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 171,530 - 221,980 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
