Job Summary:
NetApp is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving NetApp's growth through strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience in enterprise data storage with a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions, strategic planning, and business development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans for acquisitions and partnerships
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and advisors
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the enterprise data storage market and trends
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, but not required

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $180K - $268K.. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
