Job Summary

As the WW Marketing Lead Activation Leader at NetApp, you will be at the forefront of expanding our customer base and driving our company's growth. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the timely follow-up and conversion of inbound marketing leads, as well as spearheading outbound demand generation efforts through a strong partnership with the Demand Marketing team. Through your exceptional leadership and strategic vision, you will enhance the impact of our Marketing's efforts to the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities 
•    Leadership: Effectively manage and oversee tele-marketing agencies to help achieve marketing goals & drive optimal ROI for marketing campaigns and programs across the globe.
•    Lead Activation: Ensure that all Marketing leads are effectively are properly qualified, nurtured and turned into business opportunities, at a global scale 
•    Customer Engagement: Guarantee the tele agency is trained and the team communicates customer needs accurately, engaging prospects with informed dialogue. 
•    Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to streamline strategies and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
•    Lead Data Integrity: Ensure thorough and accurate records within Salesforce, avoiding any instances where leads remain untouched or stagnant in the system.
•    Performance Analysis: Utilize key metrics and performance indicators to analyze data to inform strategic decisions, including ensuring all leads are qualified in a timely manner and dispositioned appropriately.
•    Reporting Cadence: Establish and maintain a regular reporting cadence to ensure all teams understand outcomes, identify any gaps, and track whether we are trending in the right direction to achieve goals.
•    Culture of Synergy: Cultivate a collaborative environment between Sales and Marketing to enhance lead generation and conversion processes.
•    Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative demand generation strategies to maintain NetApp's competitive edge. 

Job Requirements

•    Initiative: A proactive and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes.
•    Strong data orientation: Ability to be hands-on with analytics, business intelligence, and marketing automation tools
•    Experience: A solid understanding of marketing principles relating to demand activation, routing, dispositioning, conversion and reporting. Demonstrated experience in lead qualification through various communication channels is essential.
•    Collaboration: A strong ability to partner with Marketing, Sales, agencies, and other internal departments to optimize lead conversion.
•    Expertise in all lead qualification and conversion processes in Salesforce.com including the processes that generate leads through Marketo. 
•    Chat Expertise: Proficiency in Drift for managing inbound sales inquiries, appointment setting globally
•    
•    Operational Excellence: Experience generating resource optimization plans, SLA discipline and process governance. 
•    Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills are necessary to work closely with cross-functional teams.
•    Analytics: Adept at analyzing data to track performance metrics and optimize lead generation strategies.
•    Innovation: A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of demand generation trends and practices.

USA and Canada Residents Only:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $186,500 - $228,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
