Job Requirements

• Market Research: Assist Product Managers in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback
• Feature Definition: Collaborate with the team to define, document, and prioritize product requirements (PRDs/user stories) for cloud storage features, with a specific focus on opportunities to integrate AI/ML for customer experience simplification.
• AI Application: Explore and prototype use cases for applying AI technologies to NetApp's cloud storage platform, aiming to simplify customer onboarding, management, and troubleshooting experiences.
• Go-to-Market Support: Enhance and augment AI based sales enablement tools.

Education & Experience

• Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.  
• Programming Languages: Python preferred
• Additional qualifications: Experience conducting market research
