Job Requirements
What You’ll Do
• Own the Narrative: Partner directly with senior sales leaders to design and operationalize world-class sales operations processes and pipeline management frameworks.
• Champion Insight: Leverage analytics to spotlight what’s working, identify blind spots, and shape sales strategies that move the business forward.
• Drive Performance: Define and deliver key metrics, surfacing insights that drive accountability and impact at the executive level.
• Shape the Business: Dissect sales performance drivers across geographies, segments, and teams - helping leadership anticipate trends and proactively pivot strategies.
• Accelerate GTM Execution: Lead scenario planning, business reviews, and play a pivotal role in operationalizing our go-to-market vision.
• Fuel Cross-Functional Excellence: Break down silos, collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Product to accelerate business performance.
• Build for Scale: Continuously improve and future-proof our sales strategy, processes, and analytics infrastructure as we grow.
• Be the Expert: Serve as the team’s authority on sales data, BI tools, and analytics best practices—raising the bar for the entire organization.
Qualifications
• 5–7+ years in sales strategy, FP&A, business operations, or management consulting (tech/SaaS experience a plus), with 12 years of overarching professional work experience.
• Elite analytical horsepower with a talent for telling powerful business stories through data.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on mastery of leading BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience working with Salesforce, Snowflake, and the modern analytics stack.
• Proven agility in high-growth, fast-changing environments—comfortable leading through ambiguity.
• Executive-level communication skills: influence, inspire, and simplify the complex.
• Relentless drive, high energy, and a “no challenge too big” mindset.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 158,950 - 236,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
