Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in NetApp's culture as well as be part of a global team that is developing new Talent Acquisition processes and systems through data.

Summary of responsibilities:
•    Assist the TA Operations team in identifying priorities and triaging current processes and systems 
•    Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Team and our HR Operations team in the deployment and support of TA processes and systems 
•    Work in a process-orientated environment, take initiative, and demonstrate a hands-on and highly organized approach with attention to detail
•    Assist and lead projects involving data, systems and detailed global processes 
•    Support the identification and driving of process, system, and reporting improvements
•    Partner and clearly communicate with various stakeholders (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Business leaders, HRBP, HR Systems & Ops) regarding latest updates and enhancements in the recruiting process 
•    Partner with cross geo stake holders/peers to articulate/translate business requirements or changes to existing processes/defining new ones
•    Contribute to and build analytics and processes
•    Conduct internal and external market research
•    Research solutions, frameworks, and methodologies to address specific project needs
•    Assist with the creation of scorecards, executive level presentations, and reports
•    Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations

Job Requirements

•    Some analytical and research skills working with People Data
•    Ability to analyze data and derive practical insights
•    Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
•    Ability to recognize and maintain confidential and sensitive information
•    Strong communications skills both written and oral
•    Experience with MS Office – advance level in Excel
•    Understanding of full cycle recruiting and metrics
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes

Education

Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2024 or later
